Enclosed Oil Less Scroll Technology
The technology employed by Powerex for their scroll compressors is state of the art, completely oil-less, extremely quiet, energy efficient and very easy to maintain. The open oil-less scroll system allows for easy access to the compressors making maintenance trouble free. This system can be customized as needed to fit any configuration. The enclosed oil-less scroll systems include a sound enclosure compartment, which decreases the noise levels even further. This allows the compressor system to be installed right at the point of use. The small footprint helps to maximize limited floor space, making the system an incredibly versatile option. All systems are designed to be compliant with the latest edition of NFPA 99. They come with multiple compressors, an ASME receiver, carbon monoxide monitor, vibration isolation pads and connectors, and dew point monitors.

Oil Less Rotary Vane Technology
This is a cost effective solution for applications where oil is not desirable, such a medical treatment, development or research settings. The simple design requires less routine maintenance and has a lower initial cost than many of the other options in the market. The touch screen digital display makes operating the device simple and easy. Every medical vacuum system is designed with multiple vacuum pumps, vibration isolation pads and connectors for quiet operation an ASME receiver. Other benefits include a long vane life, no oil anywhere, no water or sewage costs, less routine maintenance and each system is suitable for dedicated waste anesthesia (WAGD) systems.

Dry Rotary Vane Vacuums
All Ohio Medical Corporation Oil-less Rotary Vane, NFPA 99 compliant vacuum systems shall consist of an electric motor driven pumps, vacuum receiver and electrical control system. These components can be modularly assembles to accommodate most existing doorways. These systems include interconnected piping and wiring to provide a functional operating package for easy compatibility with applicable electrical and plumbing connections at the installation site. The packaged unit is factory tested prior to shipment and comes with a warranty of 30 months from the date of shipment or 24 months from the date of start-up.
The dry running (oil-less) rotary vane vacuum pump are single stage, air cooled and equipped with self-lubricating graphite vanes. The pump assembly includes an integral inlet filter, vacuum regulating valve, check valve, pump isolation valve, a source isolation valve and flexible connector. The vacuum receiver is constructed to ASME standards and rated for full vacuum. The system can run continuous, on demand. The dry running feature ensures no oil contamination of the final product and is vibration free. The oil sealed system features synthetic oil, which will add efficiencies due to reduced maintenance and oil changes. The Ohio Medical Dry Rotary Vane Vacuums are offered in compact modular tank and stack mount systems, in standard and custom configurations.

Oil Free Air Systems

Kobelco Oil Free Rotary Screw Air Compressors
The Kobelco KNW Series oil-free rotary screw air compressor is designed, manufactured, assembled, and tested in the United States and is delivered ready for operation. The two-stage rotary screw compressor provides completely oil-free air because no oil is allowed in the compression chambers. A factory trained field representative will supervise installation and start-up. This same representative will also train your maintenance personnel in the operation and maintenance of the assembly. Our commitment is to provide a trouble free, reliable installation of which we can both be proud. Since 2010 these products have been constructed in a “green” facility that utilizes over 1000 solar panels to produce 52% of the company’s electricity; highlighting the company’s commitment to energy conservation and the environment. From their commitment to the environment to their commitment to customer service, you can be sure that your Kolbeco Oil Free Rotary Screw Air-Compressor will meet your compressed air needs.

Air Cooled
Kobelco air cooled compressors employ a new patented Super Rotor design, which is acknowledged to be the most efficient, two-stage, oil-free rotary screw air compressor on the market. This new asymmetric rotor profile provides the lowest power consumption per cubic foot of compressed air.
Air Cooled

Water Cooled
The compressor air-end is a heavy-duty, two-stage design with each stage driven by a common gear. These components are arranged in a single modular design to form a compact unit which is mounted on vibration isolators to a structural steel base. No special foundation considerations are required.
Water Cooled

Fixed Speed
Precision machined timing gears are mounted on each rotor shaft to maintain accurate clearances between the rotors. The bearings are anti-friction type for long life and smooth operation. The electric motor is directly coupled to the input drive shaft through a flexible coupling.
